Safety gear is highly recommended when skating outdoors. You can find helmets and all-in-one kits with wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads at the big box stores in the sports section, local skate board shops, or online. Be sure to check out the reviews first! Quality counts when it comes to safety.
