Only guests 18 and older can complete the waiver form.
Can I skate without signing?
No, signing the waiver is required before skating at our events.
Will I get a copy?
Yes, your signed waiver will be emailed to the address you provide on submission. We are not able to provide physical copies.
Is my information kept secure and private?
Yes, we do not share your information with anyone and all forms are kept in our secure files for at least five years.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Please bring a valid ID for age verification.
Do I have to fill out a waiver every time I attend a skate event?
Yes, the form takes less than three minutes to fill out.
