Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy
Exchanges only: Free once per order (we provide a prepaid label) within 15 days if unworn, unwashed with tags, where applicable.
Refunds/cost difference: Allowed to original payment method.
Sale or limited-edition items may be final sale and will be indicated as such.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Raleigh in 2–3 business days. Most orders ship via USPS within 3–5 business days.
Q: Can I pick up locally?
Yes! Free local pickup is available on most Sundays at the Tarboro Road Community Center. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Q: What’s your return policy?
Exchanges only. We want you to be happy with the merchandise you've chosen. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags (where applicable). Exchanges are free once per order.
Q: Can I exchange sale items?

Conditions for exchanged goods:
The following goods cannot be exchanged:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiration is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
